Venture South of the Border

Join us for Noches en Mexico, a new dinner series that will take place the second Monday of each month.

Take a culinary journey through the many regions, states, and cuisines of Mexico. For each dinner, Sous Chefs Christinne Marmolejo and Carlos Trujillo will create a multi-course menu featuring the cuisine from a specific destination, with beverage pairings ranging from wine to cocktails included. As they explore each location, Christinne and Carlos will draw inspiration from the traditions and personal connections that both have fostered, as well as Chef Traci Des Jardins’ extensive travel throughout the country. Working closely with Bar Director Greg Stone and Wine Director/Master Sommelier Alan Murray, each dinner will also highlight the traditional beverage of the featured region.
